SimpleReps is designed to operate completely offline on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information during normal app usage. Your data stays on your device at all times during regular operation.

The only data collection occurs when you voluntarily submit a bug report to help us improve the app.

• No data collection: Our app operates entirely offline and does not collect, access, or transmit any personal information during normal use
• Local storage only: All your app data remains stored locally on your device
• No tracking: We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, or any monitoring tools

Bug Reports (Voluntary Only)

When you choose to submit a bug report, we collect:

• Log files: Daily rotated log files that contain technical information about app performance
• Database files: Your app’s database file, which is automatically anonymized before upload

Data Anonymization

Before any database file is uploaded as part of a bug report:

• Text obfuscation: All text content is automatically obfuscated to protect your privacy
• Technical data preserved: Non-personal technical data (numeric data, settings, flags) is preserved to help with debugging
• No personal identification: The anonymization process ensures no personally identifiable information is included

Purpose and Use

Bug report data is used exclusively for:

• Identifying and diagnosing technical issues
• Improving app stability and performance
• Fixing bugs and errors

We do not use this data for:

• Marketing or advertising
• User analytics or profiling
• Any commercial purposes beyond app improvement

Data Retention

• Bug reports are retained until the reported issue is resolved, typically no longer than 12 months
• Data is permanently deleted after the retention period

Third-Party Sharing

• We do not sell, rent, or share bug report data with third parties
• Data may only be disclosed if legally required by law enforcement or court order
• No third-party analytics or tracking services are used in our app
